Using My Tasks

While creating a business process, you can assign all user tasks to the designed users or groups. When an instance of a process is started, the tasks get assigned to users and appear in their My Tasks list.

You can log in to the CC, to view all the tasks assigned to you.

To view the tasks assigned to you, click My Tasks from the menu bar. The list of assigned tasks is displayed.

You can click on the Instance ID or Task Name to view the task details and fill the task form. For more details, refer Filling the Task Form.
