Reassigning Tasks to another User

You can reassign your tasks to another user in three ways:

  1. Navigate to My Tasks, select a task, and click. The Reassign Task window is displayed.
  2. Navigate to My Tasks, and for a task click from the Action column. The Reassign Task window is displayed.

Choose the user or user group from the drop-down list and click Reassign.

  1. Navigate to My Tasks, and click a task. From the Task Form tab, choose the User or User Group from the drop-down list, and click Reassign Task.

The task is reassigned to the new user.

To reassign multiple tasks to another user:

  1. Select the required tasks and click. The Reassign Task window is displayed.
  1. Choose the user or user group from the drop-down list and click Reassign.

The selected tasks are reassigned to the new user.
