Creating a new Task View
To create a new task view:
- Navigate to My Tasks, and click
. The Create View window is displayed.

- From the General tab, enter the Name of the view and a meaningful Description.
- Choose the Priority as Low or High.
- Select the Default view as Yes or No. If you select Yes, the view is displayed by default, when you navigate to My Tasks.
- From the Default Columns tab, move the required columns from Available Columns to Selected Columns.

The selected columns are displayed in the view.
- From the Variables tab,

- Select the required process from the drop-down list. All the available data slots for the selected process are displayed.
- Move the required data slots from Available Dataslots to Selected Dataslots.
The selected data slots are displayed in the view.
- From the Authorization tab, select the user permissions. The available options are Global, Denied, and Allow.
- Choose Global to authorize all the users to manage the view.
- Choose Denied to authorize no users to manage the view.
- Choose Allow to authorize specific users or user groups to manage the view.

- Click Add Permission.
- Click Empty and select the required user or user group.
- Specify the required permissions.
You cannot assign permission to your own user account.
Use the
icon from Action column to delete a user permission.
- Click Save. The task view is created and displayed in the views list.
Editing Task View
To edit an existing task view:
- Click
. The Update View window is displayed.
- Edit the required details and click Save.
The task view is updated with the new changes.
Deleting Task View
To delete an existing task view:
- Click
. A pop-up window is displayed prompting for confirmation.
- Click OK.
The task view is deleted from the views list.
