Creating a new Task View

To create a new task view:

  1. Navigate to My Tasks, and click. The Create View window is displayed.

  1. From the General tab, enter the Name of the view and a meaningful Description.
  2. Choose the Priority as Low or High.
  3. Select the Default view as Yes or No. If you select Yes, the view is displayed by default, when you navigate to My Tasks.
  4. From the Default Columns tab, move the required columns from Available Columns to Selected Columns.

The selected columns are displayed in the view.

  1. From the Variables tab, 

  1. Select the required process from the drop-down list. All the available data slots for the selected process are displayed.
  2. Move the required data slots from Available Dataslots to Selected Dataslots.

The selected data slots are displayed in the view.

  1. From the Authorization tab, select the user permissions. The available options are Global, Denied, and Allow.

  1. Click Add Permission
  2. Click Empty and select the required user or user group.
  3. Specify the required permissions.

 You cannot assign permission to your own user account.

Use the icon from Action column to delete a user permission.

  1. Click Save. The task view is created and displayed in the views list.

Editing Task View

To edit an existing task view:

  1. Click. The Update View window is displayed.
  2. Edit the required details and click Save.

The task view is updated with the new changes.

Deleting Task View

To delete an existing task view:

  1. Click. A pop-up window is displayed prompting for confirmation.
  2. Click OK.

The task view is deleted from the views list.
