Filtering Tasks
You can apply filters to view specific tasks.
To filter tasks:
- Navigate to My Tasks, and click
. The filter section is displayed.

- Choose Name from the drop-down list.
The available filter options are contains, and equal.
- Choose contains from the drop-down list, enter a few characters of the task name, and click Apply.
The tasks are filtered and only the tasks that begin with the entered characters are displayed.
- Choose equal from the drop-down list, enter the task name, and click Apply.
The tasks are filtered and only the tasks with the entered name are displayed.
- Choose Business Key from the drop-down list, choose equal from the drop-down list, enter the Business key, and click Apply.
The tasks are filtered and only the tasks with the entered business key are displayed.
- Click Add Rule to define filter criteria on multiple columns such as Name, and Business Key. With multiple criteria, the tasks that satisfy all the criteria are displayed.
- Click Reset to clear the filter rule.
- Click Delete to delete a filter rule.
