Filtering Tasks

You can apply filters to view specific tasks.

To filter tasks:

  1. Navigate to My Tasks, and click. The filter section is displayed.

  1. Choose Name from the drop-down list.

The available filter options are contains, and equal.

  1. Choose contains from the drop-down list, enter a few characters of the task name, and click Apply

The tasks are filtered and only the tasks that begin with the entered characters are displayed.

  1. Choose equal from the drop-down list, enter the task name, and click Apply

The tasks are filtered and only the tasks with the entered name are displayed.

  1. Choose Business Key from the drop-down list, choose equal from the drop-down list, enter the Business key, and click Apply

The tasks are filtered and only the tasks with the entered business key are displayed.

  1. Click Add Rule to define filter criteria on multiple columns such as Name, and Business Key. With multiple criteria, the tasks that satisfy all the criteria are displayed. 
  2. Click Reset to clear the filter rule.
  3. Click Delete to delete a filter rule.
