Managing Datasets

You can add more images to the datasets, label the entities in an image, clone the datasets, and delete an existing dataset.

Labelling a Dataset

Use the option to label the entities from the uploaded images. You can mark the exact value for each entity of an image to ensure proper data is extracted.

To label a dataset:

  1. Select the required dataset and click icon  from the Actions column. The uploaded images with entities are displayed.
  2. Select an image and the corresponding entity from the list.

The labelled images and entities are marked with GREEN and pending images and entities are marked with RED.

  1. Label the pending entities from the uploaded images and click Save

The dataset is labelled and the status is updated as Labelled.

Deleting a Dataset

To delete an existing dataset:

  1. Select the required dataset and click. A pop-up window is displayed prompting for confirmation.
  2. Click OK.

The dataset is deleted from the Datasets section.

Adding Images to a Dataset

You can add additional source images to the Dataset. You can add more images when the dataset is in the Labelling Status.

To add images to a dataset:

  1. Select the required dataset and click icon from the Actions column. The Add More Images window is displayed.

  1. Click Choose Files to browse the required images.
  2. Click Upload to add the image to the dataset.

Note: The new image will not be added to the dataset, if an image with the same name already exists in the dataset.

Cloning Dataset

You can clone the existing dataset and then can modify it as per the requirement.

  1. Select the required dataset and click icon from the Actions column. The Dataset Details page is displayed with the existing dataset details.
  2. Make the required changes and click Save.

The new dataset is added with the dataset name as '<name>v1' and displayed in the Datasets section.
