Filtering Processes and Instances

You can apply filters to view specific processes or process instances.

To apply filter to processes:

  1. Navigate to Processes > Business, and click. The filter section is displayed.

  1. Choose Process Name from the drop-down list. 
  2. Enter the process name and click Apply

The processes are filtered and only matched processes are displayed.

  1. Click Add Rule to define filter criteria on multiple columns such as Process Name, and Version. With multiple criteria, the processes that satisfy all the criteria are displayed. 
  2. Click Reset to clear the filter rule.
  1. Click Delete to delete a filter rule.

To apply filter to process instances:

  1. Navigate to Processes > Business, and click. The filter section is displayed.

  1. Choose Status from the drop-down list. 
  2. Choose Suspend from the drop-down list and click Apply. In this example, Status is selected as "Suspend."

The process instances are filtered and only Suspend instances are displayed.

  1. Click Add Rule to define filter criteria on multiple columns such as Process Version, Status, Process Instance ID, and Business Key. With multiple criteria, the process instances that satisfy all the criteria are displayed. 
  2. Click Reset to clear the filter rule.
  1. Click Delete to delete a filter rule.
