Exporting/Importing Search Based Classifier Models

You can export and import the search based classifiers from one environment to another environment. 

To Export a Trained Model:

1. From the Search Based Classifier models, select the required classifier and click Export Classifier icon. You are prompted with a confirmation message.
2. Click OK to export the selected model.

The selected text classifier list is exported in a  "<SearchBasedClassifierName>.zip" folder. 

To Import a Trained Model:

1. Navigate  to Smart Bot > Classification > Search Based Classification. 
2. Click Create/Import Keyword Classifier.

The Create/Import Keyword Classifier Search Based Classifier page is displayed. 

3. Select Import.
4. Enter the unique Classifier Name. 
5. Optionally, enter an additional Description.
6. Click Choose File and select the ".json" file of the trained model. 
7. Click Submit.

The selected model will be imported.
