Creating a new Search Based Classifier

When you have a predefined set of classes and these classes can be identified with a unique set of keywords then, use this search based classifier. You need to identify a set of unique keywords which can classify different documents into different classes. 

To create a new Search Based Classifier:

1. Navigate  to Smart Bot > Classification > Search Based Classification. 
2. Click Create/Import Keyword Classifier.

The Create/Import Keyword Classifier Search Based Classifier page is displayed. 

3. Select Create.
4. Enter the unique Classifier Name. Classifier names cannot start with a number or contain any spaces, and it should contain only alphanumeric letters (a-z) and (0-9), or underscores (_). 
5. Optionally, enter an additional Description.
6. Enter Class Name and Keyword.
7. Click Add Keyword to define a keyword for the defined class. You can add multiple keywords.  Keywords in one line represent "Or" functionality whereas keywords in different lines represent "And" functionality. 
   • To delete the class, click Delete displayed on the last column.
   • To delete the set of keywords, click Delete displayed after keywords textbox.
   • To delete the defined classes and keywords, click Delete All. All the defined classes and keywords will be deleted.
8. Click Add Class to define additional classes.
9. Click Add Keyword to define a keyword for the defined class.
10. After adding required classes and keywords, click Submit.

A model is created in the list.
