Editing a Search Based Classifier

You can edit a created Search Based Classifier. This function helps you to add or remove any of the class/es and keyword/s from the classifier. 

To edit a Search Based Classifier:

1. Navigate  to Smart Bot > Classification > Search Based Classification. 
2. Select Classifier from the classifier list.
3. Click   from the Action column. The Create/Import Keyword Classifier Search Based Classifier page is displayed. 
4. You can Update name of the class and/or keywords added.
5. You can add additional classes and required keywords.
6. You can remove existing class/es and keyword/s from the classifier.
7. After updating required classes and keywords, click Submit.
