Create a New Process

Once the process is deployed from the Nividous RPA or uploaded as a Draft Process, you need to create a new process for scheduling it.

To create a new process:

  1. Go to Processes > Robotic.
  2. Click Create Process. The new window "Create New Process" will be displayed.
  3. Enter the unique Process name.
  4. Choose the Draft Process from the available list. The deployed processes will be displayed in the list.
  5. Select the Process Version. All the processes versions are available. By default, version 1.0 is selected for the first time the process is deployed. If any upgrade is available for the deployed process, then after upgrading the existing process to the latest version, the process version will be changed automatically and all the version numbers will be available for the selection. 
  6. Optionally, enter the Description.
  7. Click Save.

A new process with a selected version is added to the Processes list.

The newly created process is displayed in the processes list. You can perform the following operations from the Action column:

Authorization - For managing the permission to allow a user to edit the process. click here.

Delete -  To delete the corresponding process.

Edit  - To update the process with the different process versions. You can only change the process version and the description details.
